I’ve been self-employed in this field for 5 years and have over 10 years of experience working in administration and business operations, with a focus on supporting leaders to do their best work and achieve their goals. I’ve worked with CEO’s and entrepreneurs in many industries from technology start ups to Real Estate Development. The thing that each business has in common is that they need help managing their business.

With entrepreneurship on the rise, many people are starting businesses, but are incredibly overworked in order manage all the moving pieces of their business. When you’re just starting out, most entrepreneurs do it all, but once a business reaches a certain threshold, there is a shift that needs to happen in how the business is managed.
